Injection arcs

Applied to all kinds of micro motors such as 030, 031, 032, 050, etc., the characteristics are radial orientation, magnetic flux efficiency, no broken, no chip, low voltage start.


Laser printer core

Integral molding, high orientation, good unipolar uniformity. Currently, the mass production models are: Q1505, Q2612, Q5949, Q7115, Q505. And we can develop new products according to customers' drawing.


Sensor magnet

It is widely used in various kinds of automobile regulating motor, household electric motor, OA equipment, cylinder and other precision sensor fields. ABS induction hydraulic, minimum magnetic pole distance is 1.5mm.


Motor rotor magnet

Mainly used in brushless DC motor such as air conditioning, household appliances and synchronous motor rotor and magnetic coupler and other fields. It can be integrated with shaft injection molding.

ADVANTAGE of INJECTION MOLDED MAGNETS

1.High properties injection ferrite magnets up to (BH)max:2.3MGOe. 

2. We are proceeding with the research  for the (BH)max:2.5~2.6MGOe injection ferrite magnets. 

3.Anisotropic injection NdFeB up to (BH)max:14.0MGOe. 

4.Researching on low cost injection NdFeB with  (BH)max:4.5~5.5MGOe. The price will be around 60% of the conventional injection NdFeB.
