Introduction of Flexible NdFeB and It's Properties

- Nov 15, 2019-

Flexible NdFeB is a polymer composite material, by mixing NdFeB magnetic powder and binder and then forming by rolling.

Flexible NdFeB is mainly used in the fields of sensors, micro-motors and strong adsorption, such as mobile phone (Wheel key), wireless mouse, anti-theft of supermarket goods, flat speaker and so on.

Properties of NdFeB

1. Remanent Br: after the permanent magnet is magnetized to technical saturation and the external magnetic field is removed, the Br retained is called residual magnetic induction intensity.

2, coercivity Hc: make magnetization to technology saturated permanent magnet B reduced to zero, the need to add the reverse magnetic field strength called magnetic inductive coercivity, referred to as coercivity

3. Magnetic energy product BH: represents the magnetic energy density established by the magnet in the air gap space (the space of two magnetic poles of the magnet), namely the magnetostatic energy per unit volume of air gap. Since this energy is equal to Bm and Hm of the magnet, it is called magnetic energy product.

4. Magnetic field: the space with magnetic effect on the magnetic pole is magnetic field.
