General Description

    1, Injection molded ndfeb magnets can be of very simple shapes or very complex

    2, All or only part of the device may be magnetized

    3, It is sometimes cost advantageous to make an entire part out of the magnet material and just magnetize the portion requiring magnetic output
    4, Bonded magnets can be made from either hard ferrite materials or rare earth magnetic powder

Raw materials mixing→Smelting →Powder Production→Molding→Sintering→Magnetic property testing→Fine machinery processing→Surface Coating→Finished Inspection→Magnetization and packing

Injection Molded:

  • Binder Types / Nylon / PPS / Polyamide.

  • Temperature Range -40c 180c

  • Very Tight tolerances off tool ( 0.002 -0.003 Typical )

  • Very good mechanical strength

Compression Bonded:

  • Higher Magnetic Strength due to higher magnetic particle density.

  • Epoxy Binder / Resistant to normal industrial solvents and automotive fluids

  • Epoxy Coat after manufacturing to prevent oxidation

  • Temperature Range -40c 165c

  • "Tight" tolerances off tool

  • Good mechanical strength
