NdFeB Flexible Magnet roll is a new Flexible bonding rare earth permanent Magnet material. It is a composite material prepared by the production process of rubber products with rubber organic matter as binder, rapidly quench NdFeB powder as filler and auxiliary processing additive. 

This composite material has very high magnetic properties and mechanical properties, and is easy to be processed into flexible bonded magnetic plate, magnetic stripe and magnetic ring and other complex shapes, so as to meet various requirements. More importantly, the use of high performance rapidly quenched NdFeB powder in place of ferrite magnetic powder also improves the magnetic properties of flexible bonded magnets to a new level. It can fill the magnetic space between the ferrite and the rigid NdFeB permanent magnet. Moreover, the production and assembly process of flexible ndfeb is operable and convenient for molding.

Advantages of NdFeB Flexible Magnet roll

 

1, performance between ferrite and sintered NdFeB permanent magnet, filling the gap between them.

2. It can produce thin-walled products with complex shapes, and the thickness of magnets can reach about 0.3mm, which is difficult to achieve including sintering and injection molding processes, so as to realize the lightweight and miniaturization of devices.

3, it can be very simple to make full radial (radiation) orientation of the magnet.

4, compared with sintered magnets, it has better mechanical properties, good impact resistance, not easy to fracture.
