Product Description of NTC


NTC is a general name for all heat sensitive resistance. Negative temperature coefficient of thermal resistor is called thermal resistor. NTC components and sensor are widely used in vehicle, home appliance, medical, communications, lighting, office automation, information industry and so on.


Newlife's NTC Department involves in R&D of NTC, such as NTC and NTC thermistor sensor. We have independent intellectual property rights of the advanced semiconductor manufacturing process, and invite foreign experts to research the chip, and bring some key procedure (such as: shaping, sintering, processing and packaging, test) production equipment from Japan, the United States and Germany.

Impedance Characteristics of Tmeperature


The impedance of the temperature is one of the important functions to absolute temperature. The resistance of NTC thermistor changes with the variation of the surrounding temperature. Hence, it is necessary to test its temperature charcteristics. The test in the resistance value is called Rt, said no power supply of initial resistance.

Film Type NTC Thermistor

The film type NTC thermistor is insulated by polyimide fiIm and silicone adhesive, which has high dielectric resistance. Its thickness is less than 0.7mm. The thermal response time of this type thermistor is very faster than that of other types of thermistor.

Max thickness is 0.7mm, normally 0.5mm
